Gaming can make a better world!

The TED conference has become one of the premiere forums for discussion of forward-thinking ideas, and that holds for ideas inside the gaming sphere as well. McGonigal, the director of game research and development at the Institute for the Future, essentially explains her theory that playing videogames can solve the world’s problems: poverty, hunger, climate change, obesity, etc.
